As a member of the MPPL client services team, Carol Austin is dedicated to providing exceptional service for client accounts in the Crystal Lake office.
Prior to joining MPPL, Carol worked in IT and law administration, taking a 15-year break in between to stay home with her children. When Carol isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
