We decided to work with a consultant to combine numerous retirement accounts into one. This has made it easier to plan and position it for the future. Over seven years, our accounts with MPPL have had a return of 10.99% net of fees. This is higher than the returns we could achieve on our own and we are very pleased with the result. Now that we are both retired, our Financial Advisor Brian Resch, is helping us limit our tax liability, and manage the portfolio for long term sustenance. Overall, MPPL is easy to work with, understands our financial goals, and is helping us achieve them. They provide me with monthly updates as to market trends that include graphical charts which I find helpful. With that said, I still find my advisor to be very knowledgeable and always comes prepared to our bi-annual meetings. During each meeting, he provides me with multiple options to consider as well as listening my suggestions on investment directions that I have in mind. I find this approach to be not only in my best interest, but also favors a genuine team effort on my behalf in reaching those objectives. Along with easy email and phone access to my advisor, they provide a service that really is well above any other investment groups that I've worked with in the past. MPPL focuses on our individual needs and circumstances whereras it seemed that previous advisors would put us in a group of investors and basket of investments, sort of a cookie cutter type of thing. Our individual advisor also keeps in touch and up to date on our needs.
